Helping to canvass residents of Ward 4 is one of the most important volunteer roles in our campaign. Face to face discussion with a candidate or a volunteer is one of the best ways to increase voter turnout, which was 32% in the Ward 4 council election in 2010 and 40% citywide for the mayoral election.

The calendar lists upcoming canvasses, which generally run every weekday evening and several times on Saturday and Sunday. The location listed for each canvass is our staging area, where we will meet before heading out to knock on doors.

RSVP for each canvass that you will be participating in and be sure to wear your campaign t-shirt or button.

We aim for teams of 3-5 canvassers.
