Talking to residents of Ward 4, it’s clear that we have lots of opportunities in the ward and the broader city, as well as some challenges. Seizing these opportunities and meeting and overcoming these challenges is a responsibility that we share as residents, whether we are acting together through our municipal government, other levels of government, in the private or non-profit sectors or informally.

It is up to us, not some distant them, to figure out ways to make our city a better place to live and work.
